How long does shipping take?

Your order will be shipped out from one of our warehouses in the USA. The shipping time varies from location to location with an estimated time of 7-20 days. Please also keep in mind that producing certain items could take up to 7 days!

Is there any order processing time?

Yes. Once you have succesfully confirmed your order, it has to be processed for about 24 hours. As soon as your order is shipping out you will recieve an email containing tracking information!

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free for all orders above $50. If your order is under this mark, the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, after processing time has passed, you will recieve an email containing a tracking number for you to track your package with.

Can I return my item if I don't like it?

To be honest, returning an item will be hard as we ship from multiple warehouses. But we really want you to know that we care about every single one of our customers (as well as followers) and if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply message us on Instagram and we'd be happy to sort things out!

Is there any money back guarantee?

Not really, but for you we'll be making an exception! We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase and if refunding the full amount is what it takes to get you satisfied, then we wont think twice.

Where are my items coming from?

Our two main warehouses are located in the USA. Your order will be sent from the closest available warehouse to your location.

I need to change something about my order. How do I do this?

We ship out items as soon as possible after receiving orders. So if you need to have something changed regarding your order please get in touch with us as fast as you can:

Will I be charged taxes upon receiving my package?

Customers may need to pay import charges upon receiving goods. We want you to know we do not have any control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely depending on the country you live in. Please contact your local customs office for more information!

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to (almost) each country. If we aren't able to ship your order to your location for any reason, we will refund the entire amount you have paid and figure something out!
